    It kind of looks like blood under the skin, but I'm not sure. Perhaps someone else on here will know and give you and answer. It definetly doesn't belong there. Is you Toad acting normal? Is the spot sensitive? The pinkish spot in the middle looks like it was a wound.

    Could it be a wound received during shipment; maybe caused by rubbing against holding container or packing?

    Looks like a puncture to me. That's why the blood is trapped under the skin. Id keep an eye on it. Make sure it doesn't get infected.
