Hello frogforum, here's a quick update on my old pacman frog who turns twenty-six this year! He just woke up from his winter hibernation (buried since last October as usual) and ate a few worms, so I think it is safe to say he is officially still alive for 2017.

26 years, I must say that's pretty impressive.
Can you post a picture?
Wow, 26 years! Congrats! That's older than most resources seem to estimate their lifespan is, any tips on how to keep them alive that long?
WOW! how did you do it? happy birthday to your pacman frog. (i don't know if you celebrate birthdays for frogs)
I got to thinking, estivation/hibernation is normal for the frog. Combined with a healthy diet with calcium, vitamins, etc, I think it might increase lifespan. Apart from being a normal process and giving them months downtime to rest up, perhaps in this state every year they don't age as they skip month(s)?
26 years is pretty wild. How do you put the frog into estivation? How long does it last
