My girlfriend's daughter recently received two lovely little Red Banded Walking Frogs (Phrynomantis Bifasciatus) for her birthday. We have them set up in a 20 gallon terrarium and feed them calcium dusted crickets. We are, of course, worried that we are doing everything wrong as we have never kept frogs before, so any advice is appreciated. The pet shop guys gave us some pointers about temps etc but they had never had these particular frogs in before so it was only general advice.
Having spent the last few days poking around these forums I now have grand plans for a great frog paradise. I hope to update you guys with anything we learn in the process. The first thing we learnt is that they love crickets, don't much care for mealworms. Never mind, the robin in the garden is having a feast.
