I'll try to give some suggestions that will fit in a single response. One thing to think about is that if you're that limited in funds, you may want to consider waiting till you have better resources. That said, here are your options:
1. Hobovator: costs about $50. HOWEVER, you really need a better thermostat than what it provides and that will cost you possibly another $100
2. Zoo-med incubator: as far as I can figure, it seems to be a hobovator with a good thermostat and probably costs about as much as a Hobovator plus good thermostat
3. mini-fridge incubators such as the exo-terra and the reptipro: These are good because they both heat and cool (if the temperature in the room with the incubator goes higher than the incubation temp, the hobovator and zoo-med won't cool, so the temp in the incubator will also get hotter). They run about $100-125 new/used
4. make your own: here's one DIY project: http://www.geckotime.com/do-it-yours...-refrigerator/
People also use styrofoam coolers and aquariums. Obviously this is much cheaper. The most important thing is to get a good thermostat, which, once again, may run you over $70.
I have a reptipro5000 incubator for sale for $100 plus shipping (I'm in Boston). Shipping is probably no more than $20. PM me if interested.
