6500K LED Lighting 14W

Hi,

I keep leopard frogs and in my set up I use live sphagnum moss as a cover since I heard it is somewhat impedes bacterial and fungal growth. I wanted to know if using a 6500K LED light (puts out 14W) is safe for my frogs/wouldn't fry them. I light sits about 15" away from the frogs. Thanks!
