For best information I'd purchase a book such as AVS Chacoan Horned Frogs and Frogs and Toads by Devin Edmonds. I haven't bred these but I plan to in the future but what I can tell you is that you'll need quite a few froglets housed in their own enclosures in order to have a chance at getting a pair or if you can get a sexed pair, the better. They also produce a lot of eggs so you'll need loads of space to rear the tadpoles and then the froglets. Because you live in India I'd imagine heating won't be needed and this is such a bonus, making things a lot easier.

Thank You Jason. But I have heard that breeding Pacman is difficult as it requires spraying of water for creating artificial rain. A lot of tadpole management. Your guidance would help and would certainly buy the book.

Yeah you need to create a rain chamber. Breeding these guys is usually done by commercial breeding facilities that have loads of space. If you want to become a breeder as more than a project and willing to invest a lot of money at first and then time you could breed these guys but if you're just wanting a project for fun I'd go for another frog like fire bellied toads or dart frogs as they don't produce a lot of eggs. That book will help you make a decision and then where to go for after

Also all though pacmans are easy to keep when older the breeding process for these guys is considered for advanced keepers and breeders. Even before you do any rain chamber you will need to put them into estivation. And I agree with everything said above also.
