Default What's a good background substrate for RETFs?

    My options are:

    Coco husk
    Tree fern fiber
    Coco fiber

    Other recommendations are welcome.

    What would they climb on?

Tree fern fiber seems to be too prickly. Would they avoid it?

Never used coco husk before, would make for an interesting background.

Coco fiber seems to be very popular.

My guys are used to climbing on glass. I'm building a new viv for them. It's going to have a complex network of branches, waterfall, rock/mushroom ledges and live plants. I want a viney broad leaf plant that will grow on the ground and something I can plant on the background as well. Suggestions are welcome.
