Default Northern Leopard Frog on eating strike?

For whatever the reason, my leopard frog has not eaten in a while. He has skipped 4 feedings. He ate like a champ all of February and then I noticed him slow down eating in March. He ate about 2 weeks ago that I saw. I put night crawlers and wax worms in the tank for him and the toad to eat. It is possible he is still eating them when I leave or am asleep. I have tried everything I could to make him eat. I put him in another container thinking if the toad was being dominant which I highly doubted from the beginning, he would eat. Still no, he actually jumped out of the bin. He has always been very nervous when I take the lid off to feed them and change their water. He doesn't look like he has dropped much weight and seems to be very strong still. Do these frogs go on eating strikes in captivity? Could he be full and have a low metabolism? I think it's time for a vet visit. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Does he/she want to breed? Are you in an area where it can hear other frogs calling?

He is right next to my whites tree frogs and one is a male. He croaks a lot. Also the toad he is housed with is a female. I know my leopard frog is a male because he croaks which I think answers the tree frog back. He was caught in Texas by Dallas. Could they be breeding already? I live in western PA so I have no clue. Could this be why he isn't eating?

I have noticed my frog shedding frequently. Like 2 or 3 times in the past 3 and a half weeks

Good news, he just are a gigantic Butterworm. He seems to eat when I'm not around.

I may have found an explanation. He ate a few Waxworms and Crickets, but I had to throw them on his Lilly pad. He has gotten lazy lol. I can't speak for when I sleep, but while I watch he is lazy. Not lethargic because he was very hyper last night and when I first took the lid off tonight
