Default White's tree frogs new tank/feeding questions.

Greetings all. So I moved my kids out of their quarantine tank into a larger 30 ish gallon bin, and gave them clay based substrate covered in leaf litter, until I can build a proper viv for them. My question is, what is the best way to feed them? Right now I just drop a bunch of roaches in and let them hunt, but there is a lot of places to hide, I'd rather not bowl feed as that just seems to easy, they should work for their food! What are people's thoughts on just putting them in a feeder tank once a week and letting them scavenge the rest of the time? They are still sort of juvenile and my only concern is getting enough supplements in them, since it takes much longer to hunt, but at the same time they need exercise... Thanks!

I've never tried tweezer feeding, but they will eat roaches offered from a cup. At least they did last night. So I guess I'll keep doing that, thanks!

I feed mine a rotational diet of crickets, wax worms and earthworms currently (want to add even more variety) by hand, by bowl, and/or by free feeding on a substrate free floor. If you have dusted roaches running through leaf litter chances are they'll lose quite a big of their calcium/vits before the frogs can catch them.
    Mom to these fine frogs!
