    Default Heating question

Will a 40 watt ceramic heat emitter be okay for my red eye? I want something to use to heat the tank at night when the air conditioning is on. will this keep the tank 70-80 degrees F? Someone please help me. Thanks. My terrarium is 8x8x12

Think that unless you place emitter on a rheostat (dimmer) it will be too much for that small enclosure. How cold is the room where enclosure is? Maybe an 8x12 heat mat attached to one side would work for you?
Remember to take care of the enclosure and it will take care of your frog !
