Today was the first warm weekend of the year in California, the temps got to 80. And so did my tank. It's at 80F right now.

No frog in the tank is complaining, they all seem healthy. In fact, Boy Were They Calling Last Night and they are still laying eggs now and then. (wish they would stop laying eggs, I have enough toadlets)

I know, based on past years, that the hottest days of the year can get to 86F degrees inside of my house.

I've heard that FBTs have a 'do not exceed' temperature of about 85F. I'm going to meet or beat that a day or two this summer.

Anything I can do about that?

Chillers seem both expensive and overkill.

Or can they weather a heat wave?
