killer paludarium. literally.

Sorry for posting in 2 spots (also in fire bellied toad section)

Please, please see that section titled help for full details, trying to reach out to more people. I spent a month building this paludarium and it has killed 3 out of my 4 frogs in 2 days. What have I done wrong!! My heart is broken! I did painstaking research and thought this was going to be amazing.

Materials:
Great foam
100% silicone
Eco earth
Slate rock
Various plants, one of these must have done it. Even though the store said they were safe!!
Water plants (grasses)
Krylon fushion paint (cured)
Cement foam hand made rock(cured and rinsed for days)
Flourite substrate
Fluval root stuff for the plants

Please help.
