What exactly is gut loading your food for your frog. I am not sure, and don't think that I do it.

Gut-loading means to feed nutritious foods to your frogs food, such as feeding fruits, vegetates, etc. to the crickets or roaches. The nutritive value of crickets isn't very good without feeding them such items.

Just never use tomatoes. They are toxic to frogs. Nearly all other fruits and veggies are okay. I have been told not to use cabbage type foods either, but I do not know that for sure. I don't, just in case.
Zucchini is a great food to use also.
