My new baby tree frog has been growing A LOT faster than my other one granted they are only two weeks apart in age but when I brought Kermit home for the first time he/she was barely half of Kujo's size. Now 2 weeks later Kermit has grown to be the same size as Kujo! I know I read somewhere that females typically grow faster than males. Also Kujo is taking a high interest in Kermit from what I can see but maybe that's just what frogs do. For example every day when sleeping Kujo is directly beneath Kermit and if Kermit moves so does he. And at night they sit together whether or not this means anything I still think its cute (: so do you think it could mean that Kermit is a girl? I can post pics of them if anyone wants to see. Thanks!
You know, I thought the same thing, as I've been watching my frogs grow. But one of the biggest ones is also the first one to start croaking, so I'm assuming that growing faster isn't necessarily a sign of gender.
Hi Nick. Honestly, I don't think you can draw any conclusions whatsoever from any of these observations. Sorry to disappoint.
