I've got no problems with my frog eating, he is eating well and is growing. The question I have is how long does a typical young frog about 3 almost 4 months of age go to the bathroom? I've looking all through my frogs cage and I haven't found any poop waiting to be removed, none buried (and I find none of the crickets that are going missing in hiding either). It's been just over a week now (a week and a half I think) that my frog has gone to the bathroom.
Soak him in warm dechlorinated water and it should help.
How long should I soak him?
About 10-15 minutes should work.
I put him in a bowl filled barely halfway with Spring Water and the next thing I know is that he unleashes some wind. Now he's just sitting there in the water, I guess he is happy in the water
How long should I do this a month?
When my frog wasn't pooping I'd do it every day, eventually went to.the vets who reccomended laxatives once a day. Forcing him to take them was difficult but paid off eventually..
Hope your frog poops soon!
