Hello Everyone!
Just wanted to let you know that my ACF Tads are doing great. I have 90 of them!
They are so cute and they all are growing so fast too. My tads are around stage 50. Now what happens and what do I look for them to do
or what changes. And When?
Also there is one that isn't the same color as the others. This one has more of a dark color and has black around his mouth and face and his tail looks like it has a bit of black in it also.
Maybe one of you all might have an answer or idea on why this one is so different.
Thank You,
Sincerely, lisaann177
This is coming to you late but I'm sorry you didn't get a reply when you originally posted.
When you say stage 50 I assume you're speaking of Gosner stages? Most people will not know what those are. Development speed and when certain changes take place are highly dependent on temperature, and to some degree, food.
Color doesn't necessarily mean a lot in tadpoles. If you could post a photo we could give a better assessment.
Again, sorry for the delay in response. Every now and then a post slips through the cracks.
