What kind of water have you been using with him? Dechlorinated? I honestly have no clue what is wrong, I'm just trying to get some information so that hopefully someone else can chime in and help.

Well... I posted pics on my profile...but it was too late. I'm so devastated to say that he died. And I don't know what went wrong.

There was a weird red mark on his abdomen that I hadn't noticed before. Used dechlorinated water. Had a heating lamp. One thing I noticed, IR at least am thinking about in hindsight now is that last night he kept sliding down when he clung to the glass. And he fell off one of his branches but hopped away so I thought he was OK.

Thank you Amy. Just trying to sort throught what went wrong so I can assure this never happens again. Since he was a rescue frog, he could've been sick when we got him and we just didn't know it.

It looks to me like it could be spring disease (which is always fatal) although I've never seen a picture of it. I just know that the symptoms are lethargy and discoloration. Seems like it progressed way too fast though.

Did you clean the live plants in there to make sure that all fertilizers and pesticides were removed? What were your temps and humidity like?

OK, I read about Springs Disease and looking back now, it seems he may have had that. He did yawn a lot, and slept on the ground a lot but I didn't know that was bad. And I didn't clean the plants themselves but I did shake the dirt out. How can I thoroughly clean them for when I bring the next froggy (from the petshop) in? Also we misted his terrarium once a day and had a night heating lamp.
