Hi,
I'm new to the forum! Got some Gray Tree Frog tadpoles and one got some hind legs already. Need to set up a tank for them. I was thinking of converting my unused 20 gallon Long tank to a vertical tank. Any thoughts on this? Is it too small width and depth? - it would be 12 " x 12 " but 30" tall.
Thanks for any help!
Hi Hjoe and Welcome
How many tads?
I think enclosure will depend on quantity of frogs.
Would definitely make a nice tall climbing tank.

Thanks Donlisk for the welcome! Got 10 Tads so not sure how many will make it to frog stage. 3 big ones while 3 real small ones. I've heard 1 frog per 3 gallons was okay. Any comments?
Usually its one per five gallons but since they are so small they would be fine for a while. Once they get to the point of exploring up high, then the 20 is probably only good enough for two to three max.
