Okay, I know very well how to warm my tank now, how about cooling off? We are supposed to have a stretch of days in the 90's now and I don't want my froggy roasting to death.

I really don't have that problem since I live up north, but an emergency plan might be to have pet-bottles with frozen water in them. Perhaps in combination with a fan to spread the cool air?
I have never tried it, but it might be worth trying it out.

Make sure your tank doesn't get direct sunlight, has plenty of ventilation, and has a water source for your frog to stay hydrated with. Hmm, same recommendation I'd give you to survive the heat wave (actually no, during heat waves I like to go shopping in air conditioned malls, so give your frog your credit card...). If you're really worried, do you have a cool basement you could temporarily move to?

On hot days around here the wild Grays just keep out of direct sunlight and hang out high up in the shade. You can watch them relocate as the day moves on if their shady spot becomes a sunny one. Grays are local to your area, so the heat wave shouldn't be anything it can't handle. Take my advice with a grain of salt though as this is nothing I've actually had to deal with though, my frogs are local or from warmer parts and the old farmhouse I'm in is still generally livable even on the deadly hot and muggy summer days. Also, it never gets to the 90's where I am, only the 30's (the metric system makes heat waves seem more tolerable).

LOL nice Brian! She does have a good warm side and "cool side" of her tank with her water bowl. If it gets too bad for too long then I'll move her to the basement like you suggested, it is very cool down there. Thanks
