    Default New from West MI

We just adopted a Grey tree frog off the windshield of a loaner semi tractor I am using.

It was skinny and looked underfed I assume due to the urban hell it was living in. It now lives in a 20 gal X high and is hand fed by obedient humans.

It already sings, so I think it might like it's new home.

We also have 2 Eastern Painted turtles.

Great site, I will be posting some pics soon.

Welcome aboard. Check out the gray treefrog care article. There is a hyper link for it on the left hand side of this page. Gray treefrogs are quite popular here.

Thanks Kurt, I actually used the care sheet to set up his habitat.

    Great info.

welcome to the forum. There seems to be quite a bit of frog activity in Michigan these days. I lived there for 25 years and only saw american/fowler's toads there.

Yes, there seems to be lots of activity here.

It was odd how we found "Jesse". He is definitely safe and well fed now.

There are lots of Greys at my dads house(back in the woods).
