    That does not sound good. If it is attached to the frog, Do Not try to pull it OFF! Sounds like it could be a intestine prolapse. This will have to be looked at by a frog vet, ASAP.

    Yeah sounds like a prolapse. Id move him to a sterile rub with moist kitchen towel substrate, They can be reduced by soaking in a sugar solution but as has been previously stated best seek vet advice if you are not sure.
    Then you need to establish what has caused this as prolapse can be a symptom of impaction or parasites.

    Yeah I would have to agree about it being a prolapse, but not for sure until you have pictures up. I would suggest instead of soaking them in sugar water to just take a q tip and gently rub some sugar on the area to avoid to much sugar being absorbed everywhere.

    You should definitely take it to a vet though to figure out the source of the problem as even if it goes back in it's only a temporary fix.
