    Default Nutritional Value of insects

I know this has probably been asked before--- but I keep looking. I can't seem to find a sheet on nutritional value of all insects.

I'm atleast looking info on these species:
    -Cricket(sold in stores)
    -Earthworms(nightcrawlers/canadianworms/gardenworms)
    -Whiteworms
    -Slugs/Snails
    -Fruit Flies
    -Rice weevils
    -Beetle Grubs
    -WaxMoths(wax worms)
    -WaxWorms
    -Moths(general)
    -Locust
    -Grasshoppers
-Roaches(general--rough estimate of all roach species but Iam looking more for the flightless ones)

I'm trying to give a varied diet(extremely) to what I own and I'd like to know the nutritional value(that includes calcium, vitamins, etc).

IF anyone would be so kind to give me a few links to this it would be grand!

I am not sure if this mentions all the bugs on your list but a website did a nutritional chart for vegetables and bugs but it is a bearded dragon website! But it lists all the nutritional value that is relevant no matter which animal they did it for!
