Thread: New Pyxie

So I showed Kevin pics of the other pyxie we have at work, which looks like every other pixie we've ever had, and he confirmed my suspicion; it's a dwarf. This is one time a person buys a pyxie expecting a dwarf and gets a giant.

I've settled on Oroonoko. My English advisor approves.

I have new pics of my pyxie to share. I am also including a pic from day one for easy comparison. I think I might be overfeeding, but Kevin says no.

And here are some pics of the tank. Very simple, especially compared to some of my other tanks, but I figured that would be better for the pyxie.

Hello! I have to say real nice looking frog, you must be happy ! That setup to him will do fine, ill prefer a more "natural" look but hey thats just me .

Keep posting pics as he grows fun to see!

    Thanks!

I have lots of natural looking tanks; I wanted something a little different. Plus I really liked the look of the Cameroon tank. Im going to try to cut out part of the hut so it can serve as a hidey spot for him.
