Hi, my name is Elaine, and I'm a frogaholic.
We got this beautiful pyxie at work today, and after hours of staring at it, I couldn't help myself. I bought it. I don't think the camera quite catches how bright it is.
nice beak and color on that little one. Congrats.
Congrats Elaine, I guarantee you'll fall in love with this soon to be big guy.
Thanks guys! I'm a little surprised by the belief that he's a giant. I thought we sold dwarfs.
I need a pyxie name.
Koopa
Great frog! I like Koopa too.... congratz
What a gorgeous addition!! Congratulations! I remember when Kadesh was that small and cute....the other day, he took a poop bigger than he was back then-LOL!! Can't wait to see more pictures of this little one.
Thank you guys! I gotta admit, Kevin, that I'm liking him more and more. I never thought I would have these kinds of feelings for a pixie!
And thanks for the image, Jo! My leaf frog has big poop..I don't even want to think about the pyxie's!
Congrats on your newest addition. I knew you were going to get him. is it a boy or a girl. If its a girl ...Tinkerbell ....if its a boy....Dusty.....you know for pixie dust
You're the sixth person I talked to while considering purchasing the frog who later said, "I knew you would get it."
Kevin thinks it'll be male, but he's still pretty young. Those are cute names! So far, though, my top choice is Oroonoko. I'm still considering, however.
Very cute Pyxie! I like the name Oroonoko referencing literature or Koopa. Good luck picking a name!

Congrats Elaine. How the little (soon to be big) things in life can make such an impact! I'm very happy for you.
Congratulations Elaine, very cute little frog .
Thank you Lesley, Eric, and Ebony. Lesley, when you mentioned Oroonoko was referencing literature, I thought you were repeating something I said in my post. When I looked back, however, I saw that I had forgotten to add that. So I give you a gold star!

That's an awesome pyxie, Elaine!! My suggestion for a name is another literary reference: Othello.
Male or female, you have a great looking frog. Sigh...makes me want another pyxie!! Now if you would only pick a name already.....
