I don't have a pacman yet, but I plan to get one very soon.
I have an electric guitar (I play with distortion/metal mostly) and a bass guitar. I have alot of fish that deal with it well. Actually, my Jewel Cichlid will even come up to the glass and watch me play guitar. I figure he likes it because he always puts on his brightest, reddest colors (good for a Jewel).
Anyway, I didn't know if pacmans would go crazy over it. Does anyone know how sensitive pacman are to that kind of stuff? Also, just in general, is there a way to easily tell if a pacman if stressed?
Thanks guys!
Like many animals, they adapt to the conditions they grew up in. So I guess you'll have to see. My ABF is more used to loud noises than my pacman but I've raised my ABF since he was barely an inch, my pacman I got as an adult.
I would certainly keep the pacman far away from where ever the music is. In general, frogs don't deal well with sudden loud noises.

Ok, thanks guys! I'll try to keep the volume pretty low the first couple months, then maybe I'll work my way up.
Music from my stereo can get my male cranwalli calling. Sometimes an explosion on TV Too. Even elevated voices.
I would like anything that hears would be sensitive to a large amount of decibels although.
My neighbours recently had some work done on their house and the loud noises from machinery stressed out all my frogs quite a lot. My pacman didn't want to eat for a few days after!
