Sexing Green and Golden Bell frogs

Hi
A few questions on sexing GAGBFs,
at what age can you sex them?
I know that the males throats are yellow but at what age does this happen?
When the frogs have been frogs around 2 1/2 months are there any ways to sex them?

Hi Luke..It is very hard to be able to guarantee the correct sex at that age. I was able to determine with complete confidence, Mork and Mindys age at around 5 months old. Its quite possible that if you have a male it may croak. If they are all around the same age then that will help as well. The males are smaller and do have a narrow body in comparison to the female. Keep taking photo's..I will keep looking to see what I think. But as I say..I wont guarantee just yet.

do the males grow faster than the females say you had a 9 month old male so it should be mature will the female be the same size or smaller?
