Could feeding a powdered mouse a week or two weeks be healthy for a frog and not feed them during the rest of the time be a good diet. so instead of crickets or roaches every day a mouse every week or two week. it could be healthier due to the longer digestion days to prevent internal rotting.

Well even though in some ways mice can be good for your frog, a staple diet of mice isn't a good idea. I know a person who did that to a male pyxie since it was a juvenile and it died at a very early age. So I'd stick with crickets, night crawlers, and roaches.
I completely agree with TJ. Feeding a mouse once a month to your frog is a nice shot of protein, but I wouldn't suggest doing any more than that. By simply offering mice, you're risking too much fatty tissue build up within the frog. This often results in a shortened lifespan. A varied diet is always best! A bit more work, but definitely worth it in the long run.
