I'm soon to be setting up my first ever tree frog terrarium, The frogs won't be going in until a couple of months after set up, To allow the plants time to grow in and for me to get the temps and humidity just right.
I originally decided on Whites tree frogs as they are always recommended for beginners, However having read up a bit and seen pics of Amazon milk frogs I am now being swayed in their direction.
After doing some research it seems that care for both species is very similar.

Set up will be something like:

45x45x60cm exo terra terrarium
exo terra compact light canopy with UV bulbs
20w heat mat on the side
large bowl of water
coir and leaf litter substrate
Naturally planted with Pothos,Syngonium and some bromeliads
Plenty of branches and hiding places

Any recommendations on which species would be best for a beginner?

Thanks for your time.
