How long have you had him? Is he wild caught? Is he in a tank with any other frogs? What are the temps and humidity? I'm not sure what it is but other members who know this kind of stuff are probably going to need that info to help you out.

My bad. He is wild caught. I've had him and 3 others in a 20 gallon tank for about 5 months. Temps are usually 75-80 through the day with a drop to about 65-70 at night. 60-70% humidity as a constant.

The back legs are a lighter color then the rest of him, with darker splotches on them

In the picture, maybe due to the lighting, it is kind of hard to see anything unusual. Is he still active? Eating? If you could provide another picture or two from different angles and a little brighter, I am sure we will be able to see it and be better able to help you.

Active, eats, and from what I can tell is behaving as usual. But the color doesn't seem right. Maybe you can see it better in this picture. I hope it turns out to be nothing. I've gotten attached to them lol

Honestly, your frog looks fine to me. And well fed, too! I have two GTFs, and my one male, when he was adjusting to his new home, was two shades of brown and two shades of green all at the same time! If he is active, eating like normal, and not darkening suddenly, I think you little guy is just fine! If you see any further change, please take more pictures and post them. Having a sick Green Treefrog right now, I wished he looked like yours!!

I do the same! It's hard not to get attached, and only another frog lover can truly understand. Whatever you are doing, it seems to be working. For comparison, this is a picture of my sick one, whom I had to put into quarantine today.
