Help my green tree from is now bloated with air!

What do I do now? My frog has been sick and now he is like an air balloon filled with air all over. He's also a very light green.

Has he been the vets? Any tests? What are the tank conditions? Being thorough will help us automatically rule out the normal slew of advice/suggestions. Thanks

Thanks for your offer to help but unfortunately he died last night. I was about to soak him in a calcium gluconate bath and he died in my hand. I'm thinking he possibly had hypocalcemia or septicemia based on what I researched and yes he was under the care of a vet who specializes in exotic pets, I really wanted to save him. : ( thanks again.

Thanks for everybody's help. I'm doing ok. I just feel guilty because I didn't know how to help him sooner. Poor little guy. : (
