Quick Clarifications? (Signs of illness? Is UV lighting needed?)

I’ve had my pacman frog for a couple months, and recently a few questions have arose which I’d love answers for! I’ve seen it debated everywhere but do pacmans need UV lights? And which would be recommended? My current setup gets a little, but I’m unsure about lighting for the new setup I’m creating! I also wanted to question if some behavior was normal, or a sign of illness. My pacman isn’t overly excited for food, and sometimes won’t latch when I put it in front of her? She can, but sometimes she just opens her mouth? And as of late, she’s been burrowing to the point she’s completely gone, underneath the dirt. She will stay in this burrow for days. She is also a little sluggish but overall seems to act normal, eating her food, shedding, normal poop, normal color. Could it be a vitamin issue? Or something else with her setup? Thanks

EDIT: her legs appear slightly red but no lesions and appetite isn’t too bad?
