Default help with red eyed tree frog

I have 2 red eyed tree frogs I've had for a little over a year and I noticed tonight that one of the frogs legs did not look right. He was in the water bowl and I nudged him out so I could get a better look. His legs were outstretched and it looked like his back feet were curled in. His stomach also looked a little red. A few weeks ago one of the frogs was having trouble moving around (I'm not sure which one), but he had seemed to be getting better. I'm not sure if it is a feeding issue since there are the two frogs. Any advice would be helpful. I'm worried about my frog.
