Question My American Green Tree Frog Hasn't Moved for Three Nights

Got a frog like three days ago. I know they aren't active critters during the day, but this little dude hasn't done JACK at night since I got him. I check throughout the night, all I see is that he recognizes that it is night because his eyes open up and his breathing is more obvious. It's a new environment for him, I get that, but I don't want him to die because he's shy... so is there something more to the picture here, or should I just wait it out til I need to throw a cricket in his face to get him to eat?

He stays at the back of the tank, top left corner of the picture behind the leaves on the wall. As you can see, the thermo/hygrometer is on the opposite end :/ so I may need to invest in another set. ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED - am I just paranoid, or is there a real issue coming if he doesn't start moving at night?

1----what 'kind' of frog is it ( what species)
American Green Tree Frog (Hyla cinerea)
2----please include a photo of the frog
I need to get a better picture later
3----Please include a photo of the frog's current enclosure
Attached if all goes well, note that I have added more substrate (is two/three inches enough? let me know)
    4----size of enclosure ( W" x D" x H" )
    18x18x24
5----# on inhabitants - ( if there is another frog --- is there a size difference ? )
Loner at the moment, plan on adding another soon
6----has or was the frog kept with a different species or with any other tank mate
Yes. He was kept at the PetSmart I work at with Green and Bahaman Anoles, and Long-Tailed Lizards.
7----is there a new tank mate----was the new tank mate quarantined
    No friends
8----what is the typical humidity level
During the day it ranges from 50-75, normally 55-65; at night, it goes up to 80
    9----what temperature is maintained
During the day, typically 70-72; at night, 65-68
10---what is, specifically, being used to maintain the temperature of the enclosure
60w Exo Terra Daytime Heat Lamp
11---describe the enclosure lighting ( very specifically)
13w Exo Terra Natural Light and 13w Exo Terra Tropical UVB
12---describe enclosure maintenance ( water changes, cleaning etc)
Only got the frog four days ago, changed the water once when it was dirty, and added some more substrate as I thought I hadn't put enough in
13---what kind of water is used
    -----for misting
    Tap Water
    -----for the frog's soaking dish
    Tap Water
-----is de-chlorinator used / what brand
    Yeah, Zoo Med Reptisafe
14---material(s) used for substrate - be very specific
Zoo Med Loose Coconut Fiber Substrate
    15---enclosure set up:
-----if recent - describe how the enclosure was cleaned
its brand spanking new, no cleaning yet brother
-----plants( live or artificial) if artificial plants are used are they plastic or fabric
plastic plants, with a real mossy vine surrounding wire
-----describe wood, bark , and background materials
background is an ALL Living Things background paper
    17---have you found poop lately
After the first night, I found something that may have been poop in the water dish, although it was small and ball-shaped; haven't seen anything since
18---how often is the frog fed
I threw in two crickets three days ago now, they are still alive and well even though one was feeling up his back with its antennas some nights ago
    19---what size feeder is given
Its a small cricket, maybe like a quarter inch? I didnt measure the dudes.
20---what other feeders are used as treats
Im tryna get him to eat these crickets first, ya knowmasayin?
21---what is the frog's main food source
Gonna be these crickets if he decides to MOVE
22---do feeders roam free in the enclosure or is the frog bowl fed
They are having the times of their life exploring the tank right now, its like I bought the thing for them. One turned gray, and the other I saw eating at the moss.
23---vitamins - what brand and how often
Vitamin D3 supplement that comes in...
24---calcium - what brand and how often
Zoo Med Repti Calcium with Vitamin D3 Supplement, I forgot to put it on the dudes in the tank, but will do it at least every other feeding in the future, if not every feeding depending on how often he chooses to eat.
25---was the frog without calcium for any period of time
The crickets we feed at PetSmart are sprinkled with the same calcium, although I dont think it has the vitamin D3 in it.
    26---approximate age of the frog
    I'd guess 8-10 months?
27---how long have you owned the frog
    Three days, I'm paranoid
28---who cared for the frog before you
PetSmart, of which I am employed, so ask me anything if you're curious
29---is the frog wild caught or captive bred
    Captive bred
30---how often the frog is handled -- are gloves used ( what kind of gloves)
He was not handled much AT ALL - when I took him out of the enclosure, I used a Latex glove
31---is the enclosure kept in a high or low traffic area
    Low traffic - basement
30---has or was the frog properly quarantined (yes or no)
So, he was at my store for like six months about, did fine in there, then I took him home.
    -----for how long
I don't know if his time in the store counts as quarantine or not :/
32---has the frog been treated with any medication:
    no
    -----for what
    nothing
    -----name of medication
    dude stop
    -----for how long
    i didn't drug him
    -----what dose
    please stop
-----was medication prescribed by a herp vet
i didn't slip anything into his drink dude, stop it

Sorry about that last bit, I've gone insane filling this out.
