Default Would Grey TF’s do well at this temp?

I’d like to get some more frogs, and I’m quite interested in grey tree frogs! I know they do well in a wide range of temps, but the room I’d be keeping them in is usually 75-85F in summer and 70-80 in winter. Night time temps drop to about 60-65 depending on the season. Is this too hot for this species?

    Thanks!

I would try very hard to keep them below 80f. While this species can survive short temperature spikes higher than 80, they shouldn't be exposed to it long term. They should have access to shade and moisture to escape excessive temps.

These frogs like 70-80 try not to go higher then 82. They avoid the south of the country because of heat. I have a care sheet I can share with you on them if you want.

I would advise not buying them because in PA they are starting to decline and I'm going to see if I can talk to some people actually to get them on the endangered species list.

I think that people are taking them more than the frogs can produce so they're losing a lot of numbers.

If they are abundant in your state take tadpoles. That will save adults.
