Default Red Eyed Tree Frog un-able to move or climb.

    This is an emergency!!
My Red-Eyed tree frog can't seem to move or climb.
His sides have turned dark blue.
    He tenses up.
    Eyes push in an out.
And he has a low heart rate.

He is currently soaking in spring water which has seemed to change his colour lighter.
Attached two photos one of him before the water soaking, and one of him in the water.
    Has anyone experienced this??
    Please help!!!
