Default How to provide daytime UV lighting and heat?

We recently lost our fantasy frog, not sure why. Have an older albino pacman who seems happy and healthy and a young ornate. Both are in 10 gallon enclosures with cocoearth, water dishes, and hides. Each has a Zoo Med dual lamp on top with two 50 watt night bulbs and thermostats ( 79-80 for the older frog and 82-83 for the younger frog, although the temperature at the bottom of the terrariums run a few degrees cooler and vary so there is a gradient). They are fed small crickets dusted with Repashy calcium and occasionally hertivite vitamin and mineral powder. Would like to find a way to hook up uv lights or at least daytime lighting as well because the room is kind of dark. Right now, am changing out one bulb in the daytime (exchange one night 50w bulb for a Zoo Med 5.0 reptisun) but those bulbs and the remaining single 50w night bulb in the dual fixtures do not provide enough heat to keep the tanks at the proper temps, the 5.0 reptisun spbulbs seem way too bright, and it is a pain to cool the bulbs and switch them back and forth twice per day. How do peopke provide appropriate day lighting as well as constant heat? Our house temp usually is only 72 F. I have read that overhead bulbs should not exceed 50w and tgat undertank heaters are unsafe for burrowing frogs, and when i have put heating pads on the side of the tank, they provide very little heat. We use the Zoo Med mini combo deep dome dual bulb light fixtures ( set on top but wired to the screen tops) because occasionally our cats tried to knock the fixtures off the tanks. Suggestions would be appreciated.

Nobody has answered. Have begun using a zoomed dayglo bulb for heat and light and switching bulbs twice per day, but it doesnt provide uva/uvb, so am purchasing another mini dome fixture and uv bulb ( forest canopy type) to place on top of the aquarium. Am wondering what others have done to provide heat, light, and uv. Thanks.
