Default Strange sack on Gray Tree frog?

My Hyla Versicolor has recently formed what seems to be extra skin on her rear that is seemingly slightly inflated. The color and texture are no different than the rest of the skin, just quite saggy. It seems like it could be due to weight loss. It also does not seem to be causing any issues for my frog physically, but I am worried it could be something not visible that is going wrong. Thanks for your help!
