Default Best heating option for indoors?

Hey guys, I have two pretty much full grown leopard frogs (Whom y'all will know about if you read my other threads) that I'm planning on moving indoors, as it gets pretty hot in the middle of summer here in Houston! I'm gonna move them near a window but cover three sides of their tank. It's a 20g long tank. I know that's small for two frogs but both frogs are three legged, ha. It's chilly inside sometimes so I don't want them to be cold. So the question is, what's the best heating option for them? Thanks!

I would advise against a heat source, unless they are kept below 60f for long periods. With most temperate frog species, less heat is better than too much.
