    Aww, it's adorable! Can't see much in the pic but I assume it's a female? I find em all over and have cared for one eyed/three legged/injured ones in the past. Love these guys!

    It was a female good eyes. All my photos I take of wild frogs and toads. I never take wild amphibians (unless I'll or hurt) and tank them because I find they don't do to well. Not that I disagree with it, I just prefer not to. These little guys and gals flourish down here in South Louisiana and I'm sure they do in Texas as well.

    They toadally do great here, very common and docile. I got a wild one to eat out of my hand once
