My name is Aaron and I'm glad to be a member of the Frog Forum! On March 29th of this year, going on 21 years old, I finally got my first frog. I've had an interest in amphibians and all creatures and plants that live in moist or aquatic environments since I was very young. I've kept fish, a tortoise, garden snails, and millipedes in the past. There are countless different reptiles, amphibians, and invertebrates I dream of creating vivariums for, but my parents' aversion to pets has limited me (I still live with them when I'm not living on campus for college, so it's their house, their rules).
By some stroke of luck, my mom found a baby ornate Pacman I sent her a photo of to be cute, and so she agreed to let me have one if I cut down on the number of terrariums I have. That marked the beginning of my adventures into frog keeping, and now I have a baby green Pacman frog I've named Motley.
Already this forum has helped me with his care and I'm incredibly thankful! I've grown to better understand my frog's needs through the experience of others on the forum, and I hope to learn more and continue to improve as a keeper.
Hi, Aaron! Welcome to the forum and good luck with Motley and any other pets you have in the future!
