Rio Grande or Southern Leopard Frog?

I need help with identifying a leopard frog I have, it’s the same one I’ve been posting about on the other thread(It’s called ‘Poor Frog!’) I’ve narrowed it down to two species, is it a Rio Grande leopard frog or a Southern leopard frog? Also, is it a male or a female? (Yes it is three legged, see above mentioned thread for full detail.) If you need more pics let me know. Thanks!
