Been a few years, but it appears my job has me back in the hobby.

Currently working with 20 Thelloderma stellatum at my labs at the university, plus the usual MHC-1 F and C Xenopus, plus a few axolotls and quite a few native species.

My researchers are working on a variety of projects, from laboratory grade breeding protocols to DNA sequencing. (No worries folks, I don't allow any critters to be harmed in my lab, beyond the occasional blood draw. For invasive/surgical type stuff we work with critters that have passed on from age mostly sourced from pet stores and the zoo....cryostorage is pretty cool!). We also resurrected my old hobby of population mapping and species diversity here in eastern Nebraska, but now with science instead of a toothless redneck working out of his basement.

After the loss of my entire collection a few years back, I thought I was done for good, but now its part of my job.

Been fun to see familiar name still in the hobby while lurking the forums!

expect to see my lab minions spending a lot of time here, I'm a bit rusty and out of date, so I'll send them to yinz!
