Default Found an egg mass, need help!!!

Hello, this is my first post on this site. This morning, January 15th, my husband found an egg mass attached to the front of his flat bed trailer. I have never seen an egg mass out of water. We do have a creek running on our property but it's about 150 feet from where we found the eggs. We live in Oregon and have an abundance of Pacific tree frogs. Does anyone here know what kind of eggs these are and what should I do with the eggs? I can't leave them on the trailer. My husband uses the trailer for work daily and I worry that leaving them would kill them.

Other than the creek, do you have any still water nearby, such as a pond?
If it were me, I would carefully scoop up the eggs and place then in a small, fishless pond nearby.

We don't have any still water on or near our property. Puddles sometimes but it's been a dry year for us.

The fact that the eggs were laid on the trailer would suggest a tree frog. It's a safe bet that they are Pacific tree frog eggs. This species breeds in still, shallow water, so, somewhere within hopping distance, is a wetland where the frogs breed and lay eggs. If you cannot locate a suitable wetland, you could put the eggs in a clean container with several inches of water from the creek, and transport them to an appropriate wetland nearby.
