I had just finished moving him from the feeding bin to his enclosure. I heard him pee a few minutes later. I thought he might need cleanup, so I went over. After this I moved him so I could clean the urine up(I don't know what the orange stuff is, but I didn't want it festering in my frog's tank.) and he kept peeing after I but him down. None of that pee had any odd coloration.
Any idea what it might be is appreciated.

Get your guy out and get him to urinate in water. I've seen some clouding like this in their urine and have had it tested for bacterial and other pathogens with nothing found. I believe it is due to some kind of imbalance in their system or slight dehydration. Its always a thick mucus like cloudy substance, but have never seen any discomfort or harm come from it. Usually occurs after my guy has been down for a few days and I get him out to bathe him and feed. Has been clear for month now though.
Thanks so much for the reply! I was a bit worried about this, really glad to know its nothing to worry about.
