Hi everyone! I have been searching the internet to no avail on my queries, and I am so glad I found this forum.
I have had my toads for 3 months since they were teeny toadlets.
My toad Fatty has not been moving much these days. All he does is lie down flat and occasionally move his head up when I go near to look at him. He does not move from his spot. I have not seen him eating.
I noticed that Fatty can’t really hop or walk. He uses his front legs to pull himself up and drag his body along. But he is fine in the water and can kick his legs and swim. He does have problems getting out of the water though.
I do not know what is the problem with him and I don’t want him to die.

Hey, it would help if you could tell us some things about Hoppy?
What's the temperature and humidity of the tank?
What kind of water do you use?
How frequently is it changed
Do you dust feeder insects with supplements? (Calcium deficiency can cause slow motor movements and it's very serious.)
Was he taken from the wild?
Is there a chance he could have been injured?
Has he pooped lately?
There's a long list of questions to ask but I'm lazy so this is the abbreviated version.
Not moving much is not a good sign. If at all possible I suggest a visit to an exotic vet who sees frogs.
