Hey, you can feed an adult several insects only once every 2-3 days. Small young frogs might need to be fed every day to every other day though. Frogs are slow to digest food, so multiple feedings a day would be far too much. Feeding in the evenings/ at night when the frog is active is best. It's good to dust the insects with calcium powder to make sure the frog doesn't develop calcium deficiency. You can find the calcium/vitamin powder at pet stores or Wal-Mart.

Also, the bowl of dechlorinated water needs to be changed daily, or at least every two days to prevent bacteria buildup.

Yes. I have a kind with both calcium and other vitamins. But if you feed the crickets good vegetables the frogs will probably get plenty of vitamins and you might only need a calcium powder.
