Hello,
I can't seem to find any small earthworms.
I can buy some that are more then twice the size of my toads' mouths.
Isn't that too big?
I hear earthworms are great for them though and I can't find smaller.
...I can get smaller 'red wigglers' but are those good for them?
Thank you,
Sigmoo.
I think you're right. If the worm is too long you can cut it in half, but if its too wide/thick its a no-go. Some frogs/toads won't eat worms after trying a red wiggler, so be careful with those.

Like Bryce said, if the worm is too long, just cut it in half. Now you have 2 worms!
And I can say from experience that red wigglers are no good. I don't know why pet stores bother carrying them, some kind of critter must enjoy them. But I tried feeding them to one of my toads, and she hated it, and actually ran away and hidwhenever she would see one after that!
Earthworms / nightcrawlers are great though. The 2 toads I currently have love them.
My Woodhouse's toads will eat them, actually. They don't seem to care about the taste. They're not picky eaters lol. I don't chance them with my other frogs, and *
I have had othe frogs eat(or try to eat) one and then then never consider eating one again.
