Exclamation frog accidentally ate cricket food??

just now, during feeding time, i was careless and i accidentally shook out one of the cricket food pellet sponge things out of the "bugco bug box" where the crickets were being kept along with the crickets. one of the frogs, being a voracious whites tree frog, lunged at it and crammed it into his mouth before i could pick it up. it was too big to swallow right away, and i tried to force it out of his mouth with a guitar pick, but since they dissolve when wet he ended up swallowing the majority of the cricket food pellet. is there anything in there that would be poisonous to my frog? if so, is there anything i can do? he ate some crickets after the incident, so he doesnt seem to be having problems with swallowing because of it, and i'm not worried about an impaction anymore because i tested and saw that the food dissolves quickly when wet. (also, i am merely assuming that it is cricket food because it was in the box with the crickets and it is advertised that they have their own food. normally, i keep my crickets in a seperate carrier along with orange cube cricket food, and i just scoop up some crickets by hand to feed the frogs. this is my first time using a box of crickets from the pet store.)

Hi! I'm pretty certain your frogs will be fine. I don't know everything in those pellets(something I plan to research, funny enough.), but as the crickets eat them, this means some of the pellet is eaten inside the cricket. It might not be super healthy for them, but I don't think it'll be a problem.

I'd keep an eye on the frog and see if constipation develops. Cricket food is soft and should go through no problem though.

I figured it'd turn to mush and pass through. Thr poo might look a little weird though lol.
Also, I wouldn't recommend those bugbox crickets, and if you buy them try to pick the most recent ones by the date on the bottom. I've been buying them for a review thread I'm putting up in a few months. One came with maggots in the water and mostly dead crickets. I need to buy more of them to see how rare an occurance that is(it only happened once so far to me.) They're not terrible, but if you can buy crickets live somewhere else it's usually better priced and a better guarantee of live bugs.

you can feed crickets lettuce, other greens, carrots, apples, any kind of vegetable or fruit, except maybe onions and citrus. Fish food and grains like oatmeal can also be fed to them. High protein food like dog food or meat isn't good since crickets don't need that much protein. So I've heard.

I try not to use food that's too wet, like cooked food because it rots quickly and crickets die more easily then. I used to give my crickets moist cubes sold as cricket food but they seem to do better with grains and vegetables.
