http://www.mulberryfarms.com/ is another good one; I've ordered from them several times and have always had good luck.

They stock various worms (mealworms, waxworms, butterworms, silkworms, hornworms, superworms, black soldier fly larvae, and roaches--you can also get butterflies from them as well) and roaches.

i was also wondering if niles bio is good for food, since they do not intend the insects for food?

To be honest, I'm not sure. Some stuff may be useful, but even the crickets they carry don't appear to be Gryllodes Sigillatus, the Banded cricket, or the house cricket, the most common feeder crickets, but I'm just judging by the picture. For all I know, everything Niles Bio carries is captive bred and chemical-free. But I don't know. I've decided to email them and ask about their stock in terms of use as feeders, and If I receive a reply I will post the results.
As for site recommendations, I've actually never ordered feeders online, but you can even find them on Amazon. I've considered ordering from LLLReptile, and have heard great things about them, Josh's Frogs, and Dr.s Foster and Smith.

I received a very prompt and polite reply email from Nilesbio just this morning!

Thank you for emailing us to clarify your question! We only sell our live
material for educational purposes, and not for feeders. I am sure they would
be fine but we cannot guarantee the quality for that purpose. Our bugs are
typically used in a classroom setting for the kids to watch the different
stages and/or life cycles. Hope that answers your question.
