Default White bump on Whit'e Tree Frog back

Hello, I noticed this on the back of my White's Tree Frog--what could it be? The frog seems healthy otherwise--clear eyed, active when he ought to be, not lethargic at all

I've included photos, the message board states they're too large to insert:

Could be a little bacterial infection. If there are live feeders in the tank it could be a cricket bite. I'd also check the tank for sharp things. Parasites are a distant possibility but it's more likely some kind of injury. It may heal on its own but I'd keep an eye on the frog's appetite and level of movement.
